How do I recognize the Livigno Express bus at the airport?

Our shuttle buses are easily recognizable from the logo Livigno Express and/or of Autotrasporti Silvestri. In general, all buses have a flower decoration on both sides of the vehicle.

Where do I find the bus at Milano Malpensa airport?

Milano Malpensa (Terminal 1), Arrivals area, exit number 7.

Where do I find the bus at Bergamo Orio al Serio airport?

Where do I find the bus at Milano Linate airport?

Where can I find the schedules with the dates and hours of the service?

The shuttle bus for the airports of Bergamo Orio al Serio and Milano Malpensa T1 is active everyday except for December 25, while for Milano Linate it is active every Saturdays. The service is only available for the winter season, generally from the end of November to the beginning of May. How can I know what stop is the nearest to my accommodation?

You can calculate your personal route by using this list of stops, or you can choose our VIP service: our driver will take care of both pick-up and drop-off at your hotel in Livigno by adding only 5 € extra per person for any travel route. This service can only be requested via hotels in Livigno and it is not active on Saturdays.

What happens if my flight is due to land right after the departure of the bus, or if my flight is delayed?

Livigno Express is a public service of transportation. Therefore, the timetables are fixed and we ask our passengers to arrive at the bus stop at least 10/15 minutes before the departure of the bus.

For such a reason, unfortunately, if you have already purchased a Livigno Express ticket and your flight is delayed, the bus must respect its timetable and cannot wait for late arrivals, so the bus ticket will not be refunded. We kindly ask you to be reachable at the mobile phone number you provided during the booking procedure.

If I miss my bus, can I travel on the following one?

Your ticket is only valid for the bus ride you specifically selected online, so we cannot guarantee a seat on another shuttle bus. Nevertheless, you can verify such an availabilty on the same day of the transfer at the dedicated bus stop. However, the rightful ticket holders for a specific bus rider have the precedence and you will be allowed to get on another bus only when authorized by one of our operators.

Where and when will the driver pick me up if I book the VIP Service from Livigno?

The VIP Service includes both pick-up and drop-off directly at your accommodation (i.e. any hotel or residence of your choice). The VIP Service is only active in Livigno for 5 € more per person for any route. It is necessary to indicate the name of the hotel or the exact address of your accommodation during the process of online booking.

The passengers must be outside the accommodation ten minutes before our driver’s scheduled arrival time for the pick up. It is important to make yourself visible to the bus driver outside the structure of the hotel or accommodation, as the driver will not enter to verify your presence inside the structure.

Why do I need to be reachable at my mobile phone number?

We ask to be reachable as we might be able to anticipate the transfer in case all passengers are on board before the scheduled time of departure.

Can I ask for the refund of the ticket?

By accepting the travel conditions, the ticket is not refundable once purchased. Any possible modifications such as any change of date and time are only possible within 48 hours from the departure. In case of absence, cancellation and/or delay from your part, the ticket is not refundable.
